How we evaluate artists
Envision takes a holistic approach in deciding which artists to invite into our collective. Due to the limited number of artists we can support at once, we employ an application process. Any artist is welcome to apply and we will evaluate each application thoughtfully and thoroughly using the following criteria:
Talent and experience: Envision artists are among the best young artists in Rwanda. We consider whether an artist has demonstrated exceptional ability in their artistic medium.
Commitment to growth: We believe in supporting our members so they can grow as artists and professionals. Applicants should express their commitment to learning and growing.
Character and fit: Our community is made up of like-minded individuals committed to supporting each other in their careers. Applicants should be prepared to provide references.
